We threw out the recipe book and have created a whole new Hazy. A lighter coloured malt bill with its own new personality, then hopped with Superdelic and Simcoe to create a tropical treat that is Hop Beast.

Luchasaurus Rex DDH Oat Cream IPA

weighing in at 6.5% and packed with the most hops we’ve used to date, The trio of Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado means this Hazy boy is spilling with enough citrus and tropical flavors that it could bring back a dinosaur!

A delicate low hop bitterness blended with more oats than a bowl of porridge and sugar from the finest cows gives the fluffiest of mouth feels and just the right amount of sweetness to bring it all together.

-Pacific Rice Lager -

This is our own creation, a blend of the crisp and refreshing Japanese Rice Lager and Australia’s own Pacific Ale.

Our Japanese Rice Lager is brewed with rice in addition to barley in the grain bill. Rice provides fermentable sugars for the yeasts that produce alcohol, while keeping the beer light in color and body. Hop bitterness is low but mildly perceptible using Japans own Sorachi Ace hops, providing a balance to the grain sweetness. during fermentation we dry hop this beer with Australia’s most popular hop and lead character in a pacific ale Galaxy do bring its own much loved tropical flavors.

The end result is a crisp dry refreshing beer perfect for our Australian climate, Just Like our boys TMDK are taking over Japan (and the world) our Galaxy Hops are bringing this Japanese classic to a whole new level.

-Grape Bubblegum Sour-

Grape Soda and Bubblegum takes this classic Berliner from serious to silly, brining back memories of stopping at the deli and picking those 20c bubblegum’s with the tattoos that may or may not break a tooth depending how long they’ve been in the shop window for!

-Hibiscus and Pink Salt Gose -

Tart, Tasty and Refreshing!

Brewed with a massive 10g per liter of Flowers expect Big notes of Raspberry Cherry Plum and Rhubarb thanks to the copious amounts of Rosella hibiscus, a citrus tang is there from the kettle souring process and a sprinkle of Himalayan pink salt brings it all together to create the perfect summer thirst quencher!

- New Zealand IIPA -

Having fun again with Impi Brewers to bring you WAs 1st Phantasm brewed beer Garage Karate 3! This New Zealand IIPA is loaded with New Zealand hops, Rakau, Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin, then transmogrified with the addition of Phantasm thiol powder and fermenting it off with WLP077 – Tropicale Yeast Blend!

Tropical, juicy with notes of apricot and citrus cometogether in this delicious beer that is, simply put, phantasmic.

- Red IPA -

These Red kicks wont get you kicked out of the party!

Our RED IPA is pumped full of Flavours Caramel, Orange and Dutch Spice biscuits all coming from exciting blend of 6 different malts .

Paired up with the bold notes of Victoria, Amarillo, Centennial and Idaho 7 Hops to add a bouquet of Citrus fruits and pine, this beer will go down faster than an eshay getting thrown out of a bar!

Its our 1 year birthday( ish)! So we decided to give you our own take at a lolly bag!

We all love a good watermelon flavored candy, Be it a Chupa Chup or one of those great sour balls, Well we’ve packed all that flavor and a little more into our latest creation!

Berliner Weisse is often served with its own flavored syrup so we’ve put all that watermelon lolly bag goodness into the can so all you need to do is drink and enjoy!

- Black IPA -

We’re all about the Monkey Business that is a Black IPA here at Brewcha Libre Brewing Co. and this little award winner is one of our favorites.

100% Galaxy Hops are the star of this show loading this IPA with smacks of tropical fruit like Passion Fruit & Peach with a sprinkle of sweet orange peel and just the right amount of Dank.

A blend of 6 different malts bring the flavors you expect of a classic IPA with the addition of hints of Roast and dark chocolate.

Finished with a clean American ale yeast gives the beer a crisp finish.

The perfect beer to see out the end of winter and introduce spring back into our lives

-Sour Table Beer-

It's time to sit back and chill with this complex little cruiser weight.A malt bill dominated by Rye, with additions of Oats and Barley, the Abv may be low but the body is big and bold!Dry hopped with Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc, aromas of elderflower, grapes and lemon grass will hit your nose first. Flavours of gooseberry, white peach, honeydew and white grapes to follow. A refreshing citrus tartness thanks to its 24hr kettle souring compliments its slight hints of green Bell peppers, Hay and Tropical funk courtesy of the French yeast.This isn't your standard low alc beer, it's complex, approachable and very moorish. Designed to be enjoyed at any table (or lounge chair), at any time, by all just like your Netflix password

-Californian IPA-

This is what happens when a west coast IPA goes Hollywood! A beer with a lighter colour and a clean malt bill allowing for unabridged hop expression.

Expect a wider spectrum of flavours to come through while still keeping its west coast roots.

Slight hop haze, a softer mouth feel and smooth resinous bitterness with notes of citrus, papaya, tropical fruit and black tea thanks to the blend of Idaho 7, Azacca, Chinook, Lupo Max Mosaic and Nugget Hops.

Hollywood, Hops and Californian sunshine in every mouthful.
